After topology is created, registering features allows registering Oracle topology as a Bentley persistent topology model.

Text features cannot participate in a topology, however text can be linked to a topology feature if the text feature resides outside the topology. Features participating in an Oracle topology must be registered in order to select specific features from the topology.
